We have had a crazy September!

The month of September has been great!

First off, I want to give a quick recap of the summer. We had a great time living in Seattle right next to beautiful Lake Washington. We were going to live at the same place we lived in last year (nice apartments but in a scary neighborhood), but decided to for an upgrade. We wanted really bad to live on Lake Washington, which would still be a great place to live because it is close to our office.

We called and called all the apartments in the area we wanted but none were able to do a short term lease for us. We called apartments sometimes multiple times to see if there was anything that we could do. Finally, the very last day that we were going to try (we had been there for two days already staying with friends but with both of our cars filled with all our stuff.....its kind of embarrassing selling pest control with your car filled with crap..ha!). As we were about to give in that last day and sign a lease with last year's place, we decided to give it one more try at one of the places we wanted on the lake. This time we decided to drive instead of call.

Well, we got the place. It was a miracle!

This was a GREAT summer! It was so good not just because we lived on the lake, but because we worked as hard as we could and we had fun as much as we could. We lived it up!
